Kerry is a great lawyer. We just got an innocent verdict in a felony menacing trial. Kerry went in with a plan and her court presence won the day. She was really great working with us; alleviating our fears in our 8 month ordeal and keeping us grounded in realistic expectations. She and the Pickard firm were upfront with us regarding costs, and dealt with us honestly and fairly. I really can't say enough about them. Good choice for you.

After clearly explaining my case and the important variables to Kerry Simpson and a Pickard & Ross partner, I was left with nothing but wasted time and a completely unsatisfactory experience. Worse than that, on top of all the wasted time and effort, on my way out the door, Kerry told me I “should really try to see a therapist (a shrink)”. This ineffectual pretentious shyster believes I need to see a therapist because I no longer had the ability much less the desire to pay for her brand of overbearing, pompous legal representation. Might be less insulting had I not recently been referred to a neuro-psychologist, I have multiple sclerosis, to help me deal with and process the fact that I had been diagnosed with cognitive impairment (memory, processing focus, visual-spatial, etc...) and would just have to learn to live with it. Shame on Kerry Simpson for being Kerry Simpson and shame on Pickard & Ross for enabling her to inflict her half-price litigation propensity on others.
