So often good people try to find a lawyer and it seems like they get taken to the cleaners. I didn’t have that issue with Diana on my side. I found that she was a straight shooter and she went above and beyond to make sure I was protected and received the best settlement I could attain. She gave me excellent counsel and saved me thousands of dollars of unnecessary dispute. She was prepared, professional in her demeanor, and fought for me as though I was family. She was strong and diligent when I couldn’t be. I have been using her for several years and have retained her services because I can count on her and trust she has my family’s best interest at heart. I would highly recommend her to handle your case. If you need any need legal services she is a game changer.

Diana represented me in my divorce and subsequent disputes post- divorce and was always the consummate professional. Diana was great about setting expectations with me, guided me on all my options and helped me to create a strategy that would best meet my needs, ultimately providing me with favorable outcomes. Diana has always been responsive to my requests and inquiries, especially when I had some very time sensitive issues that required quick resolution. I have and will continue to direct any of my friends or others her way should they have a need for her legal services.

Diana handled the child custody case of my daughter and I became involved in order to lend moral support to my daughter. My daughter and I met with Diana in her office on three different occasions. Diana treated us with respect, was prepared, professional in her demeanor and, through diligence, had gained complete knowledge of my daughter's situation. Dian's conduct in court was professional and orderly and she was successful in the resolution of the case in my daughter's favor. I was very pleased with Diana's performance, would use her again if necessary, and would recommend her to others in need of her representation.

I can’t begin to express the love I have for this amazing woman and fantastic lawyer! She saved my life by helping me keep my daughter After a long and ugly battle with my dughter’s father and stepmother. Over the years I have retained Diana for dissolution of marriage and child custody. Earlier this year I needed her once again and she took my case and handled it like I was her only client. She wrapped up my case very quickly and I received everything I asked for and then some. I would highly recommend her to handle your case.

Diana created issues where there shouldn't have been any, and then ignored other things that she should have made sure I was protected regarding. She fought things that we lost completely, and let things go we would have won. She made suggestions in court that she had not discussed with me prior, and she was not clear with me regarding the process. I feel she was motivated only to bill hours to line her own pockets and fought until I was was bled dry. My divorce settlement was horrendous...and looking back I realize all of the things we didn't ask for that I had a right to and can't get now. She acted like she was best friends with the my ex's attorney and I feel she tried to be "cool" and let things go that I should have received. She is rude, disrespectful, and non-responsive to me when I had questions...and didn't tell me when I was supposed to submit evidence, then insisted she had. She would call me and talk 100 miles a minute, then have to go. She is worthless.

No empathy was given. Last minute, not prepared for court. Told me I didn't need anything for one of the court dates, she didn’t submit evidence, it made me look like I was lying. The evidence would have proved otherwise. She seemed to become mad when I asked too many questions. I feel, then she became defensive. I did not understand her legal explanations. When I asked her to explain again, accused me of being difficult and said that I was in the courtroom too, didn’t I hear what the judge said. There were a lot of typos, it seemed like on every document. I felt like I didn’t have an attorney and my “soon to be X” had two. A document was filed at the court without a final consent from me. There were mistakes on that too.
