I have conducted over 5,000 mediations. I have taught ADR on the graduate school level, and trained many mediators. Mr. Smith is the single worst mediator I have ever had the displeasure in which to have experience. He was simply clueless and could not have been more wrong regarding the outcome of the case. He offered nothing with which to settle and divulged confidential information. . Please don't conduct mediations.

I had mark smith as an attorney in 2005 or 2006. He did a custody case. He did fantastic. I won in 15 minutes. The judge stopped the questioning and decided the case! Highly recommend.

Mark Smith is an arrogant liar. Who intentionally misrepresents the truth just to win. I believe he broke two laws, I will file a suit against him to prove it. Hopefully he will loose his licene. He deserves that for what he has done. I told the truth and he and his client lied and lied.
