The service quality has been shoddy including a refusal to respond to inquiries & the use of surrogate unlicensed individuals to handle the processes. The last straw was when we were pressured to falsify forms and misrepresent the facts which we refused to do. After filing a change of attorney notification, Morano refused to provide case files including original immigration documentation to the new firm. Morano cited a need to analyse the account for additional charges. We have provided proof of delivery of certified funds for all outstanding invoices & confirmed with Morano receipt of funds. We are in the process of employing separate counsel to explore Morano International's work product & billing records to prove our claims & provide the basis for our claims of any damages. Throughout the process Morano promised one thing and did another, quoted one price and charged another, filed paperwork late and directed other unrelated entities to encourage our company to perform illegal acts.

Although he looks quite young, don't be mistaken. Mr. Morano is one of the most knowledgeable immigration attorneys in South Florida. I HAD a very complex immigration case. It took Mr. Morano 6 months to fix what 3 previous attorneys couldn't do in 10 years. He's brilliant..and a heck of a nice guy too!
