I hired Stuart to take care of some loose ends after my divorce was finalized and I was very pleased with his knowledge and focus on my case. He was timely, he was thorough and he was effective. AND HE WAS REASONABLY PRICED. My divorce atty cost me an arm and an leg and I never felt he did much at all. Stuart took care of a few left over issues in a small portion of the time it would have take my high priced divorce atty and he did it at a crazy low cost. And he got them resolved favorably for me. I would recommend him in a heart beat.

I uses Stuart a long time back and the opposing Attorney's literally tore him apart and me the client. He is only effective at drafting the agreements for both parties reaching a settlement

Nice guy, but pretty much is asleep behind the wheel. Allowed the opposing party to do some things they shouldn't have. Quick to bill, slow to work on your case effectively. I didn't realize how bad he was until I went to court a 2nd time with a different lawyer. 2nd time was much better, cheaper, and less time in the system. If you have a contentious case, don't use this guy. He's not a courtroom lawyer. Only use him if you and the other party get along, and agree on almost everything. He's good at writing agreements, and that's it.
