I had a judgment against me and a court date coming up within a few days. I didn't know what to do. I met with John and he was able to file my case immediately and saved me from losing my home. All the praise and thanks cannot express my gratitude.

I hired this attorney for a Chapter 13 and was told "Everything was set to go" and my case would be filed right away...a week later I was told the case had not been filed and that I was missing information. Truth was that they LOST the information, including my payment! I had a receipt proving payment, thank God! Then they decided to drop me as a client and never filed the case due to THEIR screw ups!!!! The lack of knowledge on teh part of this attorney and his wife was incredible. I am still considering reporting them to the ARDC.
