Richard's one of the rare attorneys who understand aspects of the law outside of his specialty. He wants to think outside the box, using solutions from one area of the law to solve problems in another. That's exactly what Rick did in my accident injury case. He worked very hard, separating the claim into two parts, and used different court forums to obtain pre/post outcomes. I highly recommend Rick in any serious case where efforts are needed for a maximum benefit to the client.
