My son was stopped for a DUI in January 2016. We did some research on attorneys and decided on Tim Vanderweert. It was the best decision we could have made. Mr. Vanderweert and his paralegal Donna are compassionate, hard working, honest, and extremely knowledgeable professionals. Both of them will go above and beyond to help you get thru this difficult time. Mr. Vanderweert took my son's case to trial and we were overjoyed when he was able to get it dismissed. During this time my son also received a speeding ticket which Mr. Vanderweert was able to get reduced to improper equipment. Mr. Vanderweert knows the DUI/traffic laws inside and out. Of course not all cases get dismissed but Tim will be honest with you upfront and let you know your options. Hopefully we are never in this situation again, but if we were there would be no hesitation in who we would call. Your best bet if you are in this situation is to call Tim.

My Vanderweert is an excellent and very knowledgeable DWI attorney who has an excellent paralegal 'Donna' to support you as a client. I blew a 0.26 in my DWI in June 2015 and my case was dismissed(Yes DISMISSED) this month. The only reason was because i hired the best in Tim. He is very professional and upfront on what to expect in each of the court dates and in my case i was lucky to have him. He not only knows the in's and out's of how the court dates work but also knows how to manuver any obstacles and get you in front of the right Judge and also in my case he played with the dates to extend my case to the last court date possible where he got it dismissed in front of the judge in just 5 mins.
i would recommend him without any doubts as your DWI attorney. I felt in safe hands with him and now that my case got dismissed i can now move on to better things in my life and breath a sigh of relief!! THANKS TIM & DONNA!!!

As a graduate student, I researched many attorneys in the field before deciding to work with Mr. Vanderweert. His level of professionalism, open communication and knowledge of the system were second to none, and I know that I received my best possible outcome due to his diligence on my case. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for an attorney who understands the real-life implications that people face from a case not handled professionally.

Mr. Vanderweert is an exceptional lawyer who challenges the numerous bad stereotypes that exist about his profession. I paid him one flat fee to help me through a difficult and sensitive issue, and he was remarkable. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He does his homework and stands by his clients through the entire process. Other law offices quoted me twice his price, and they were lacking in professionalism. I highly recommend Mr. Vanderweert.

Outstanding lawyer. I hired him based on the reviews on this site... He defended me against a charge of reckless/careless driving, which he got dismissed. Leading up to the trial, he was communicative and answered all my questions (by phone and email). I am completely satisfied with his services and would highly recommend him to others.

Tim did an excellent job in helping me to resolve my case. His knowledge of the regional judges' attitudes on the bench allowed him to represent me and make informed decisions, which helped me to win. Tim continuously strives to help his clients and improve his knowledge in his areas of focus. He is willing to approach cases from an different aspect if necessary, and seeks fair treatment for his clients. Tim provided advice on the case before actually being hired, allowing me to get a better understanding of the process, and helping to prepare me for the difficulty of of appearing in count for the first time. His professional attitude and empathy for his clients makes him an excellent lawyer, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has to deal with the court system.

Got my speeding ticket to disappear pretty much. Good work. Only possible issue was that I did have to ask him for an update after the court date, rather than receiving some sort of note from him saying all went well. Honestly, though, who cares. At the price he offered, the service was WELL WORTH IT. Will use again (hopefully not necessary :) ) and recommend to others. Probably saved me hundreds if not thousands in the long run.
