My reason for writing this review is that I don't want the same thing that happened to me to happen to someone else. I hired Terence McGinty to handle my criminal case and I am really sorry that I did. In a seven month period of time he did little or no work on my case and then he ended up withdrawing from my case when I began to ask him questions. I paid him under a flat fee agreement and he has my $ and my case is still not resolved. He was late for court everytime he confused important details and he never answered his email or phone calls. I tried to discuss my concerns with him but he refuses to speak to me. I had to file a claim with the board of bar overseers fee disposition resolution however he hasn't answered them either. Iguess this is par for the course. Mr McGinty is a terrible business man with very poor follow up skills. If you are considering hiring Mr McGinty I would think twice. I truly believe that Terence McGinty wants to get paid for doing nothing!
