Dan Herbert did a wonderful job on my very complex case. I had a terrorist for an Ex Wife who hired Beverly Hills attorneys who did everything and anything to terrorize me! My case was very long, complex and very challenging. Dan was on top of every aspect and ran circles around 2 Beverly Hills attorneys and one local attorney. My attorney fees were 1/4 of what my Ex wife paid and Dan never raised my fees throughout the 5 year disaster my Ex put me through. I was referred to Dan by a female business owner who was equally a very satisfied client. I refer everyone to him and always will.

Herbert is the worst kind of attorney who only cares about churning his cases, causing anger and strife between the parties, misrepresenting the truth and is the most pompous, arrogant, self promoting blow hard I've ever run into. He cost me my family, my home, my investment properties and my sanity for two years. He is without any moral compass and will surely answer for his transgressions in the end.

This guy is the worst type of lawyer. only an hour after getting the case he cancels all parental contact with the child. A visit which was arranged and approved previously by both parents. He punishes the child in order to create anger and hostility between the parents.. This must be just to get more money. He is an incendiary lawyer who seems to strive to cause more harm to kids and families. This guy is a monster!

Dan Herbert braggs he is a Marine Colonial, but he stinks as a lawyer. He is a good case churner in the eyes of his law firm and knows how to size up clients and rip them off. He is an aweful family law lawyer came unprepared and cost me several hundred thousand dollars. I fired him and he show up to my court date and told the judge I was refusing to pay him and asked the judge to order me to do so. What a pussy. Plus he violated attorney client privelege by passing details to my ex-wife. This Herbert is a shyster don't allow him to rip you off. He will suck you dry and dump you fast with no results.
