Used my legal defense fund as a personal checking account, $100,000.00 spent and I'm no closer to being divorced than when I first consulted with her.STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF, or just lose all your money. For the past 3-4 months I have not received my monthly statements...I've asked for them repeatedly. She doesn't listen to my requests and is quick to advise hiring her friends for additional work. I fired her.

When I hired Myra to represent me in my divorce, I thought the process would be handled efficiently & professionally. Due to a myriad of factors including delayed response times, numerous billing errors, and an unnecessary court appearance, I would NEVER recommend Myra Fleischer & STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO AVOID HER. In addition to billing me for her own errors, Myra & her staff gave me no guidance regarding the divorce process. Also, Myra did not seem interested in avoiding expensive court appearances and sent a member of her staff to a 5 min. mtg with a judge merely to postpone the mtg. This could have been done w/a phone call. I was never notified of this mtg until I received a $412.50 bill for it. Every isolated sentence from her paralegal, Heather, cost me $39. For example, in response to a 1-sentence email inquiry regarding the MSA, Heather emailed "We are working on it" & I was billed $39. After $8,000 & more than 1 year of my time, my ex and I are still not divorced.

If you want to blow a lot of money really fast and get zero results then she's your lawyer!!! She did no work on my case whatsoever, except for the initial consultation/hard-sale routine. I did all the work and assisted one of her paralegals (who I will add was a nasty and rude person). She delegates everything to her staff and really just cashes your checks. Plus if you don't pay up or if you question the bill she will drop you like a hot potato. She is really into social media and getting clients in the door, but once she is your lawyer, you have zero contact with her. I wish I had done due diligence before I hired her, as I have seen on the internet that she regularly loses cases and argues with judges in Court. Find another lawyer and do not hire her!!!

Absolutely the best. One of the few lawyers to really listen. Caring and smart. Thinks about the financial issues and the small details. Not out spoiling for a fight just to make a lot of money. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Myra to anyone.

I went to this lawyers firm for a complicated divorce which involved custody of child from an abusive and negligent father.I had wanted a move away due to the abuse involved.In the 8 months that they dealt with me I saw the attorney only twice,the very first time and then a few weeks before I fired them.Everything else was by email.Since I had no clue of legal jargon I thought these people were at least doing something.I went to the FCS mediation where I was awarded 70% custody and my ex 30%.I was asked to go to court,abt 30 minutes before going to the judge I was convinced to agree to a 50-50 custody,the lawyer said a move away would be impossible.So I consented without having a single clue that all the rights that FCS had granted me,including being the primary parent would go away.It was only in the following days after the order that the bitter truth struck me through bitter experience.My abusive ex started keeping the child claiming schedule on the order of whicc nothing was expla

She did a great job for me in a really complicated divorce. Her staff was great and spent a lot of time with me. I would recommend her to everyone.

if you want to loose a case go to her. she botched my case from the start. she filed every thing wrong, her paralegal is a joke. i spent $60,000.00 for nothing. i had to hire a new lawyer and start from the begining. BEWARE!
