The WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL attorney I have ever come across. He was hired by my ex husband and spent more time trying to make me look bad then he did helping his client. My ex husband ended up with LESS then he came in with (and even less then what I asked the judge to give him with visitation). Mr. Miller then became angry and told me outside of the courtroom that I needed to get knocked up by someone else and get child support from them! The bailiff had to intervene just to shut this moron up. The bailiff then informed the judge of what occurred and he directed me to file a complaint with the State Bar (which I did and who were also appalled at his behavior) and the judge stated he would immediately address Mr. Miller at our next court hearing. That obviously won't happen as even my ex husband fired him that day due to his behavior. This man is one of the most incompetent attorneys out there. If you're looking to actually accomplish something in.court,HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

this guy is a crook from the word go! writes up phoney leins for dishonest people. he has 8 malpractice suits against him. BEWARE!
