He did a terrible job. When I stated I was not sure about the females (under cop) age, and I Had 2 emails stating I didn't know how old she was...this guy said since you were asking, you're guilty. He shut down wanting to help even after I had said the police had lied on the arresting form stating I had information in my phone that if you looked at the date it was changed it showed 20 to 30 mins after my arrest happened and I was striped of my phone. This guys reply was doesn't matter you committed another possible crime so the police are allowed to change information in your phone and say its factual because now it is even if they did it or not. Terrible public defender, sadly it was impossible for me to get a new one. After trying to ask for one, this guy stepped in the way and said I didn't know what I wanted. Don't trust that he will actually fight for you, he will ensure your convicted even if you didn't do it. He did do a lot of paper work however!
