Run from this attorney as fast as you can. I hired Jerry Stahnke to defend me against my ex wife who was accusing me of making a verbal statement which violated an order of protection. No witnesses and no evidence, yet he coerced me into pleading guilty. He couldn't even bargain with the prosecutor, because he has no negotiation skills and lacks legal prowess. He charged me for every letter in every email and apparently he is a slow reader because two sentence emails were billed at .5 hours. It takes me 2 minutes to read an email. Bottom line, this guy will NOT fight for you but he will fight to get to you pay his invoices.
