My ex-spouse has gone through three attorneys so far during our time in the family court system and John Belt outshined them all. I have prevailed in every major issue over which we have battled. If you are looking for someone who will just take your money and do everything you say, he is not for you. His judgment is excellent and he will honestly let you know what particulars of your case are worth pursuing and where you may be unreasonable. Knowing this was very important to me. I appreciated his honest input, although during emotional times I wish his bedside manner had been a little more delicate. However, now that some time has passed and I have learned to not take the divorce process so personally, we have developed an excellent working relationship and I trust him with every aspect of my case.
