He's amazing. He was concerned about my daughter and I at the time of the case and continues to be to this day. He worked with me financially because he knew my daughter and I needed to be protected from further injustice that we had previously experienced from a former judged in the system. He is aggressive in court and well respected among peers and judges. That was evident each and every time he walked into the court room with me. He is blunt and honest if necessary, but he does so in an effort to prepare you for court. I never felt he was unprepared. I never felt he met with me unnecessarily to just to run your tab up. He met and called me when it was needed which I appreciated. I was always well informed of status of my case. I would and have highly recommended him to others in the community. He was won each time he has been in the court room for me. I truly do not understand any negative reviews written here.

Scott Parsley is the worst attorney I’ve ever had the misfortune of hiring. RUN AWAY FROM THIS slime bag, is the best advice I can give anyone. I’m aghast he still has a license to PRACTICE LAW. Was an embarrassment to have in the courtroom.

Scott should retire and spare future clients the misery. He does not prepare, does not communicate (says I do not want to waste your money if you want to meet before important mediation or court hearings) and generally does not know the law.

Please never hire this lawyer, he is all about getting your money and never cares about you as an actual person or what you are going through... he will call you into his office and drag out any court hearing just to make his pocket book thicker... he does not know what he is doing, has no knowledge or care, and has no respect, when you meet with him in his office he lights up a cigarette right in front of you and could care less if you like it or not... everywhere you look online you can see bad reviews on him and he does NOTHING to help you and does not care about you or your situation in anyway.... he is all about HIS money and could care less about anything else. PLEASE be fair to yourself and DO NOT hire this lawyer for anything!!!!Any good review on him must be from people he has asked to post (friends, family...etc) because he is NOT a good lawyer and will take all your money with no care in the world what happens to you, period.

I've known Scott Parsley since He first got started in Law practice 27 yrs ago. He was my Divorce Lawyer and handled himself in a very professional manner.As he Knows exactly what He's doing and knows the Law's. He helped me with a very difficult divorce of A Drunken Dad who fought for Custody of our Child for no other reasons besides having money and thought he could pay his way to WIN as In a game. Well Scott showed him what laws are, etc and there was only 1 winner here PERIOD! !THANK YOU SCOTT PARSLEY AS HE KNEW AND BELIEVED IN ME! Scott Parsley. His PROFESSIONALISM, GREAT WORK ETHICS, COMMUNICATION, HONESTY, GETTING THING'S DONE ARE WHAT THIS MAN DOES! Not knowing He did some Family Law now after 30 yrs I have enough Trust in Him to know I don't wanna deal with no other lieing,Theiveing Attorney's. As Unfortunately I did not know he was doing Family Law.I got in touch with him because of how much I trusted him and knew he would shoot me Straight! As I only wished I'd known this

Scott is an amazing attorney. I knew what to expect from the begining to the end. He is professional and knows the law. He genuinely cares about his clients & what is in their best interest. I was so fortunate to have been referred to him. He is by far the best family law attorney in Tennessee. I wouls seriously doubt the bad reviews previously made against him. He is known for his amazing reputation.

I've been through 4 Lawyer's before I found Scott. Wish I'd had him from the start which was 15yrs ago. Finally I'm getting money from a dead beat dad. Thanks to Scott and all his hard work staying after him! Could not have done it without Scott Parsley!

Unbelievable! This attorney has no scruples and will go to court for anything and verything as long as he makes a buck. Does not do his duty to inform clients as to the likelyhood of winning or losing just files it and who cares if he wins or loses just pay me. Does not know the divorce laws well. Will represent anyone as long as he gets paid. Told me I had good motions only to lose over and over.
