I recently used David Warren for real estate transactions. They were fairly straight forward but was more than pleased with the service from both Mr.Warren and his team. The office is bare bones and could use a modern touch but trust me as a consumer you'd be the one paying for that anyway!

No-nonsense, excellent, and the staff to match. David Warren made using a lawyer a pleasure! (Yes you read that right). I would wholeheartedly recommend Dave to anyone who asks :)

I am waiting for my first appointment. with David; noted to me as fee free! After reading some interesting rating comments here about his office staff, I feel compelled to make my opinion heard thus far. I attended David's office after calling for verbal direction, fees charged & services offered.David's staff members were all extremely kind, helpful, efficient & organized. I had previously called my own legal aid lawyer's office & was given a $20. cost for what I needed; a notary signature & stamp for a disabled person with no funds to seek help. A good friend recommended David;I was immediately serviced with red carpet treatment by all staff I engaged with.I was not their client, I had no appointment, I had no money to pay for their help & yet within 15 minutes, I had the stamp & signature I needed, as well as being offered the use of their office fax (with confirmation)to send this document as urgent to the US,without a fee. Thanks David & staff. Look very forward to meeting you.

David handled my separation and divorce. He is passionate about upholding the law in a MORAL way, which I feel is rare these in this field of work. He looks out for his client but is honest and does not twist the truth/law. If you're out to lunch on something, he'll call you on it! He got things done quickly for me without charging me for each piece of paper he touched, email he received, or phone call I made to the office. I have recommended him to 4 other people, who have all been 100% satisfied with him. Thank you David and your team in the office.

Save your money! Although Mr Warren charges a flat rate, the advice he gave me regarding my separation was worthless. He gave me erroneous information regarding my pension (as confirmed by OMERS); under-appraised the value of the matrimonial home by over $100,000 and was very glib about my entitlement to support. He did not return calls to his office until called repeatedly and then was rude and condescending. His office is a disorganized mess; potential client files are filed haphazardly in a drawer. Although I had scheduled an appointment and indicated I had been there before, he made no effort to have my file pulled in advance to review and pulled it out of the randomly-filed drawer after a great deal of searching. On my second (and last) visit, a completed separation agreement was sitting in plain view on the table beside me - and it was somebody else's (seems like a complete breach of privacy and confidentiality)! I would NEVER recommend him!

David handled my divorce/child custody. David is a PHENOMENAL attorney. He gives good advice, extremely knowledgeable and tells it like it is. He is a true gentleman that will fight for your rights. Highly recommended.

This lawyer is the best I have used his service's many times and even called him up for some advice and he never even charged me for it how many lawyers do that the man is down to earth and like I said avery Good Lawyer
