After returning the apartment keys, I was falsely accused of attacking my daughter's landlord when he chased and choked me. I defended myself by biting his thumb that was in my face. Glen and Nancy Starn filed a false report! I settled to avoid trial, but did not know what damage that would leave me with for the rest of my life. I had to pay for an attorney and when I threatened to turn her over to the Alaska Bar Association for mishandling my case (fraternizing with the Starn's) she dropped the rest of the money I owed - $2,000 of $3000! APD DOES NOT CARE! Damn you Carmen Clark, Nancy & Glen Starn. Do not hire this woman and stay far away from Nancy Starn!
