Ms. Eller is a very unprofessional attorney. My ex-husband has made several phone calls to Ms. Eller and when asked to return phone calls she has consistently ignored his requests. Also, during these requests to retrieved our personnel documents such original and personal copies pertaining to our case. For example; tax returns, divorce documents and bank statements, she claimed to have "misplaced" the documents. Also, there was several incidents when Ms. Eller set up meeting with my ex-husband and myself saying that she would meet him at her office yet never showed up and would never call to cancel or reschedule the appointments. She would simply request for us to just place the requested documents through the slit it her door. The only time that she would arrive for our set up appointments was when her payments were due and she was showed up to pick up her payment. Ms. Eller still has not returned our personal documents or multiple phone calls. Ms. Eller is very unprofessional.
