Lois Iannone was appointed guardian to my children. She never once listened to their needs and even though their father violated multiple court orders, she was consistenly on his side. She never listened to the children's wants and needs or the their therapists recommendations. She met with my mother and told my mom all about her own family problems. She advertises that she is pro father's rights when that was evident in my case. Her billing practices are completely unethical. She billed me multiple times and then when I questioned her on it, she changed the amount. Stay far away from this woman.

Ms. Iannone is far and away the most unethical attorney I have ever come in contact with in my life. She and her office repeatedly had to make correction to the paperwork concerning my divorce due to their own incompentence yet tried billing me for the mistakes. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the RI Judiciary Councel due to extensive overbilling and lack of communication to which I was awarded an adjusted bill due to their findings and to my knowledge her firm is still currently under investigation for sever overbilling of clients.
