We came to this firm for Equestrian expertise. We ended up (no fault of theirs) in a real estate issue. The lawyer we originally hired became unavailable (possibly for medical reasons). Alan took over the case and said he was the real estate expert anyway. I was disappointed when he clearly did not know the details of the open meeting laws. I also had problems when he could not create a clear strategy and come up with a plan to get our conservation and building permits. His rates were also very high for the value received, and he charged for research on things he did not know.
