I lived in Fairhope, Al and he was to represent me, I was the victim , when my neighbor had came out to my property line and loaded a gun and pointed it me twice. Marcus was not prepared to get frank Kostyra convicted, he didn’t want to anger the people that used him as a puppet, tutt Wynns mouthpiece (in every way. I even objected to material that ol linger was showing the jurors that had happened way before that date but he never questioned frank kostyra about any of that. I was not from Baldwin county but the Phyllis filler woman that married frank kostyra(Anita macveay barn hill was. Her father had been superintendent of the school district and I guess he slept with the likes of turtt Wynn. If you aren’t from that area of ignorant , dumb white people,,,don’t ever live there. Joseph Shaw had more balls and backbone that Marcus, tutt Wynn, ollinger or that crook Wilkins. They’re all a prime example of its who you know not what you know. You all will reap what you so. Trust me.
