Had been my lawyer an friend since 1996, I invented a new ag product , though I needed a few investors to bring product along faster with financial support , he seen that as an open door to take advantage of my lack of business knowledge, as representing me , became member himself , along with some close friends , he wrote contract to benefit himself an friends , now Im out of work , they are pretending to run company an product I worked my life , an savings to invent . the trama of losing my product to a contract to benefit himself has taken the drive from me . Always have another lawyer or 2 to look over any contract befour you sign , if I had done so , things would have been different , I was looking for investors to help me run my product , instead investors run me out of my own company .
