This is a sad excuse for an lawyer. He never returned my phone calls or never updated me on my case. I had to place a complaint with the attorney generals office. Every time i called to check on my case mr burkhalter was to busy to take my call so i was transfered to his aid and she kept telling me she would have to check with mr burkhalter. When my fathers house sold the check which was supposed to be put into probate was sent to the apposing attorney which delayed the settlement by 3 weeks. If you are looking for an attorney this is not the one you should hire.
