I can say with full confidence that Shannon McPherson is one of the best criminal defence lawyers in the GTA. The possibility of having my drinking and driving charges go away seemed hopeless, but Mcpherson decided to make a constitutional challenge in order to pursuade the judge. It worked. My charges were stayed, and it preserved the insurance benefits I needed to continue my long road of rehabilitation. This just proves Mcpherson has a wide knowledge base of the law, and is willing to go to extreme lengths to fight for justice for a deserving defendant. Shannon always kept my family and I updated with her plans for my case. She also contacted us prior to court dates to inform us of what to expect, and to tell us what she needed us to do to help for the benefit of my case. After my charges were stayed, Shannon offered to return her legal fees because of the sympathy she felt for what my family and I went through. This just shows Shannon has a humanistic view of her job too.

Shannon McPherson has represented a family member and known our family for over 10 years. This time with the charges were very stressful as he was innocent and Shannon believed in him. We had a trial date set and during that trial all charges were dropped. There is no doubt in my mind that they were job because of the dedication and hard work that Shannon does for her clients.
