Tim Baker is an extremely rude person! Every other word is foul language. Hired Tim for a motion to modify custody case. He required a $2500 retainer. He was difficult to work with. He did not communicate well and sure didn't want to hear much more than just the bare minimum. After dragging it out, he ended up leaving his private practice to accept a position with Cherokee Nation. He did not resolve anything, kept the $2500 retainer, then passed my case off to an associate. Terrible! I would not recommend him to anyone. Very disappointed!

I BELIEVE TIM BAKER IS THE MOST UNCOOPERATIVE PERSON TO DEAL WITH. HE IS RUDE & BIAS. HE DRAGS THINGS OUT & WILL NOT COMMUNICATE IMPORTANT INFORMATION. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO MY WORSE ENEMY.

Hired Mr Baker for a custody case. Never received calls from his office, concerning this case. I did all the work for myself, and had to repeatedly leave messages for DeAnne(paralegal) to return phone calls. She has only responded three times total in 4 months. The day of the case, Mr Baker was unsure of any details of our case,and was trying to get any information quickly while we were walking up to the courthouse doors. He was extremely unprepared, and not thorough! I was very dissapointed with the lack of representation that Mr Baker gives his clients, and his misrepresentation of intentions he gives in the initial consultation. Find yourself a better lawyer that Mr Baker.
