Same problem as the other rating. Took the money and ran. No communication with regard to our Chapter 13. Filed twice with the court and received another dismissal from thecourt since he failed to the necessary papers. Not very nice!

paid this guy cash in August and now am not able to get him on the phone....still hasn't completed the bankrupsy. Creditors still calling. Does anyone else have experience with him?
