I was shocked at how long it took her to respond to clients and opposing counsel. Weeks at times. She draws simple divorces out unnecessarily due to an attitude of i’ll get around to it whenever convenient for her it sure feels. I can only speculate she has so many clients she cant effectively manage the work load or draws things out to make more money or is just a slow person idk. Just my experience and cant speak to anything else. When she does get to things she rushes at the 11th hour. For the high price she charges there is an expectation of responsiveness. My divorce took significantly longer than necessary.

she did nothing to help me with the situation I went to her for. She tells me yes you have to have an attorney! but she did nothing for us but charged me $500.00 and we never even went to court every time I asked her what was the next step she said just be patient? She gave no advice She wasted my time and my grandchild is the one who is suffering because of her lack of interest in the case not sure why she even took this case on when she didn't really care! Do not recommend her I could have used the $500 to pay for babies expenses what a terrible di service she did to this little innocent baby

Attorney Linda Vanden Heuvel is absolutely excellent. She handled my case with urgency and replied to my questions almost instantly. I’m glad I had her on my side. She was very straight forward and honest with me the entire time. Her expertise gave me the confidence to walk into court with my head held high. If you want the best attorney in Wisconsin, then look no further!!

Stay as far away from this woman as possible. She financially raped us for almost $60,000 and then on the day before the judge she asked to be excused!!!! Money is her objective and nothing more.

I hired Linda for my second divorce and I wish I knew of her for my first. She always responded to my questions, even returned my emails on nights and weekends. My case ended up going to trial and her knowledge and expertise led to winning my case. I would recommend Linda to anyone looking for a divorce.

I am very grateful to have hired Linda to handle my divorce. Linda kept my case on track and she and her assistants responded to all my phone calls. Going through a divorce is not pleasant, but I am very glad Linda was in my corner!

My divorce just dragged on almost 2 years, her main focus was getting paid. A terrible communicator never let me know what was going on. No advice or direction from her at all. A horrible experience. Sometimes i wondered if she even heard me or cared enough about my case. would not recommend

Linda Vanden Heuvel handled my divorce poorly. Never gave me any attention, only concerned with her payment. She didn't even show up for my court date, instead sending her sister and fellow lawyer, whom I had never met. My financial statement wasn't even prepared and we had to sit in the hallway preparing it making the judge wait. She never prepared me for any of the questions I would be asked during the procedings. It was very emotional and she left me hanging. She was rude, talked on the phone to others during my appointment. She was uneffective and unsympathic. I can't believe she's still practicing law and taking people's money. I just wish there was a lower rating than "1"

I have never met a more rude women in my life. She worries more about her payment than what she can do for you. I have been summons to her office like a four year old child. Barked at like a dog and she has even hung up on me. She makes an appointment with you and lets you wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes of your appointment while she packs for her trips. She would sit on the phone with opposing council talking about me like I wasn’t in the room making fun of me like the two were in cahoots. I will be making a formal complaint to the bar about this women and her conduct. DO NOT USE THIS WOMEN!

This woman took my paternity/custody case for my daughter and did NOTHING with it. I met with her for the original meeting, paid my retainer, then she so very conveniently passed the case to her sister/business partner, whom did not fight for anything for me.

This woman has allowed my divorce to go on for 2 years now and we are still in the discovery stage. she refuses to return calls. her office losses my papers all the time. stay away from this woman.
