Golightly and Associates may be the worst Lawyers in the Country. They promise you everything and get you nothing but Medical Bills, and a bad credit rating years later. When they can't get any money from the Insurance Company that Hit you, then they give your case to some other Law Firm you never heard about, without asking you or telling you. The second law firm with get some low ball offer, that only covers their expenses and you get nothing. And worse, they don't use the money to pay your medical bills, and all the Doctors Golightly sent you to, start going after you for all the money they put in their pocket. There should be a State Agency you can report them to. My accident happened in California, and the first thing I asked Golightly was could they handle a CA case, and they said yes. But when it came time to go to court, they said they could not spend the money to go to CA to work on my case. When they don't get any money from the Insurance Co, they send you all the bills.

This chicken crap piece of a person has no scruples at all. I just was reading about the others that Chad Golightly has ripped off. He is in possession of my little settlement which I didn't need him to get nor did I need to wait the 2 years he made me wait until the statues ran out so I cant do anything about it. I will be filing with the bar asst. He doesn't answer my calls. They stick me on hold and forget me. It is really irritating. Then he sends in some young kid to tell me about my settlement he was so rude. Chad didn't have the balls to meet me even though that is who my appt. was with. I don't know if I can still get another atty. and sue Chad for breach of contract or something. He was suppose to fight for me not walk on me while is was down. Oh I am so mad grre.

I got in to a car accident a couple of month's ago. Got my car totaled, got hurt and missed some hour at work. My settlement is only $2500. I feel like i should of gotten more. Smh

I was in a vehicle accident back in 2012 and Chad Golightly OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED and then he referred me to their litigation attorney's Vannah and Vannah attorneys office and their attorney John Greene also Over promised and UNDER DELIVERED. Both Chad Golightly and John Greene used the same lines on me and keep going to the doctors and if you get all they tell you to do your case is way up here and both Attorneys using the same analogy waving the hand and showing levels on how high my case will be AND THEN just before our Trial date (1 month from trial) they offer Arbitration and then John Greene is representing me and states that we don't have a good case! WHAT!!! 3 years later and all the medical bills piling up AND NOT TO MENTION I AM STILL INJURED AND IN CRONIC PAIN!!!! So if I didn't have a good case why did we go this long and Chad Golightly AND John Green received ALL the money! Please make sure you do your research. Good luck

I was injured on 1/1/15 and retained Golightly a week later. I never have my phone calls answered and or returned when a message is left. Jose is not professional neither is another case worker yesenia. I have gotten nothing but the rub around. I am a nurse and know billing. I was informed on 6/24/15 that southern hills has not submit the claim. As an attorney and the length of time passed it should have been reviewed. As of today 7/6/15 southern hills has not submitted my claim and per my insurance they will not pay it since its past the timely filing. The office is very unprofessional and blame me for the reason why it was jot submitted. Yesenia has a very nasty attitude and Mitch tells you to shut up when you try and talk. I demanded today my check be cut within 2 days. I regret going to Go lightly for my case. I lost my job and my bills are piling up. I am going to report this office to the bar. People should not treat people like they do.

Absolutely horrible. I I have been waiting over a year for my settlement, I call almost every week to ask for updates and all they do is blame my health insurance for not communicating with them.. I've contacted my health insurance & they say that they've been completely cooperative but that the lawyers aren't doing anything. I get attitude from the majority of the people there that I talk to & they are not helping at all. I want to find another lawyer but they already have a 25000$ check & said if I try to switch lawyers I still have toay them. It is a nightmare. None of my medical bills are paid, I have no car & I have severe pain that I can't go to the doctor for because they can't finish my case.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!People please do your homework! I sure didn't. This is by far the worst lawfirm I have ever crossed paths with. They overpromise and under deliver. I was involved in a multiple car accident. Let me tell you, this lawyer is getting me peanuts for what my case is worth. I feel like this whole experience was a joke. It is taking them a lot longer to resolve my case then what they said. Nobody will bother calling you to update you on your case and when you call nobody ever seems to be available. After 3 voicemails and many calls one week later no one has returned my calls. I finally spoke to someone today which I told about my non returned voicemails and calls and she gave me the nastiest attitude and basically went on about saying how they're great about logging their voicemails and that there wasn't any under my file.(REALLY!!) Basically calling me a liar. 7 months later it is still unclear about when I can put this all behind me. Do your research!

I was in a car accident on February 25. We were told by a so called Jose a paralegal for Golightly that the case would be solved in three months. It took them three months to repair the vehicle. I have waited another three months and still waiting to have the medical bills paid. At first one of the attorneys at his office told me to pay out of my pocket to repair my vehicle instead them making the insurance company pay for it. The only way I would ever find out anything about my case is if I call. Whenever I would get a meeting to see Mr. Golightly he always seemed to believe I knew exactly what was going on. He never seemed to care about my case or even knew about my case when I would go to talk to him. I recently got a call from one of his attorney's giving me the option to either go to arbitrary or for me to get another lawyer. What type of lawyer gives you the option to look for another job instead of saying we will do the best to help you with your case?

We had a car accident on 4-4-01, my wife and myself both sustained injuries, we are now looking at late november. We call and basically get the run around on our case. They do not have a in-house accountant so if they recieve your check from the insurance company it will sit until they decide to call him in and have him cut it for you..... Bad service,bad communication and actuually talking to golightly you can tell he really doesnt care about you just the money he's getting!

I pay Mr. Golightly a salary as a lawyer in my company. He at no time profits from the company beyond what I choose to pay him. This is something that was clarified several years ago, though I thought it was worth mentioning again. If you have nay problems whatsoever, please ask for me at the office and I will respond personally, though I have no qualms with anyone who feels the need to communicate with the state bar. I understand that is a right each of us has, but I do welcome all of your comments and suggestions, and will consider all when considering whether to retain attorneys and other legal profesionals.

HORRIBLE ATTORNEY, WILL SIGN TO YOUR CASE ONLY TO DO NOTHING AND LIEN IT IF YOU GET ANOTHER LAWYER.GUESS WHAT....I BROKE MY NECK SEPARATED RIBS FROM MY SPINE IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT THAT I WAS NOT AT FAULT FOR....GUESS WHAT....GOLIGHTLY DID A VERY LIGHT JOB ON MY COMPENSATION FOR MY INJURIES $15,000 THE MIN. AUTOMATIC INSURANCE PAYOUT, AND GUESS WHAT.... THAT WAS A CHECK WRITTEN 2 YEARS AGO.... GUESS WHAT THE CHECK IS STILL SITTING IN HIS DESK, HE STILL HAS YET TO PAY MY MEDICAL BILLS.... GUESS WHAT.... THAT'S MY CREDIT.... NO HOME LOANS FOR ME... NO SCHOOL LOANS FOR ME.... NO NEW CAR.... JUST CHAD GOLIGHTLY SITTING ON MY CHECK NOT PAYING THE BILLS THAT TOTAL UNDER $15,000!!!
