We did all the divorce paper work ourselves and still had to pay out close to three grand and this was before we fired him. He did minimal fighting for us and told us he was simply "doing what we said". The spouse we were fighting had a history of drug abuse on his record yet had no drug test done. Nor did our lawyer even offer he should have one done nor did he fight for more than minimum child support for a single mom with no job, no where to live, and during a recession. He is a "sit there and watch" lawyer and gave no legal advice. Charges 200 an hour and 6 for every e-mail. Had to threaten him over getting an itinerary.
