the worst attorney ever, incompetent constantly put off court dates.Said she didn't receive paperwork to prepare for case when it was sent multiple times to her. I emailed her with questions and she would never give a straight answer, if she even responded at all. Even put the wrong sex and date of births of the children on the court paperwork. The petition that she did give to court on our behalf had misinformation and critical things in it that needed to be given to judge. I sat with the assistant to correct it twice and it still was not down properly. When I continued to show her the proof of all the times I sent the paperwork she finally said she could not help us because we were not cooperating.She told us that a few weeeks before the hearing.

I hired Gina to represent me in my divorce. She came highly recommended. When I consulted with her, I felt very comfortable. She explained the law, applied it to my situation, and did her best for me in court. I was not trying to destroy my ex-wife. I just wanted what was fair. I think my ex-wife wanted the same. I am not sure. Either way, Gina made this whole experience easy for me. I will always recommend her.

Gina Rocks! I had a domestic violence restraining order against me and Gina got it thrown out. I was facing supervised visitation, but after Gina got through with the other lawyer, I got joint legal and physical custody of the children. I would highly recommend her. She is a gem.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. I hired her, she never showed up at my hearing causing me to lose my caser that day. She infact did not even send a letter letting the other party know I had a Lawyer until 3 weeks after she was hired and a week after my hearing she did not attend. When I fired her for not doing anything and not showing up for Court I asked for my money back, she said she used it all?? Well how could she have used all my money if all she did was send one letter too late after my court date and she never appeared in court? Stay away from this Law firm.

HORRIBLE Attorney! Gina delayed court dates for no reason, did not advise me on specific questions, and showed up at court totally unprepared and told the judge we didn't have my income statement when I had completed 3 of them in the previous 2 mos! Also, it was later revealed that a generous offer had been presented to them which they never presented to me. Because of her irresponsible and inadequate skill set, I never did receive child support but I surely received a $20,000.00 bill from her. Gina and her husband Robert are crooks and should be disbarred.

Gina Famularo is an disappointment at an attorney. She handled my divorce. Never returned my calls, very cold, I felt I was all alone in the whole process. She did not guided me in any way. I felt rushed to make decisions the whole time. Her secretary is a very rude person. I would not recommend this attorney to any one. They are awful. The worst experience of my life.

Her worst asset is her inability to communicate well. She is very slow and will ensure your case will last as long as possible. She missed important aspects of my case (notified me one day prior to a court date and completely overlooked mediation which cost a couple extra months). Her rates are fair, but she is very mediocre. Look elsewhere before retaining this milk-toast attorney. One other note, she is very emotional for an attorney. She lets personal issues affect her decision making ability.

There's no grass growing under Gina's feet! She listens clearly, provides suggestions, and then takes very agressive action on her client's wishes/needs. I'm so thankful she's counsel on "my" side and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Ms. Famularo has misrepresented who I am terribly. She lies, manipulates, and is just not a very ethical attorney in my opinion. Stay very clear from her if you want a good and ethical lawyer, again in my opinion.
