the worst attorney ever, incompetent constantly put off court dates.Said she didn't receive paperwork to prepare for case when it was sent multiple times to her. I emailed her with questions and she would never give a straight answer, if she even responded at all. Even put the wrong sex and date of births of the children on the court paperwork. The petition that she did give to court on our behalf had misinformation and critical things in it that needed to be given to judge. I sat with the assistant to correct it twice and it still was not down properly. When I continued to show her the proof of all the times I sent the paperwork she finally said she could not help us because we were not cooperating.She told us that a few weeeks before the hearing.

HORRIBLE Attorney! Gina delayed court dates for no reason, did not advise me on specific questions, and showed up at court totally unprepared and told the judge we didn't have my income statement when I had completed 3 of them in the previous 2 mos! Also, it was later revealed that a generous offer had been presented to them which they never presented to me. Because of her irresponsible and inadequate skill set, I never did receive child support but I surely received a $20,000.00 bill from her. Gina and her husband Robert are crooks and should be disbarred.

The experience and knowledge of Famularo & Associates has helped me when I needed sound information most. Going through a divorce is never easy, but Gina kept my head clear and had my best interest throughout the process. Her worst asset is her inability to communicate well. She is very slow and will ensure your case will last as long as possible. She missed important aspects of my case (notified me one day prior to a court date and completely overlooked mediation which cost a couple extra months). Her rates are fair, but she is very mediocre. Look elsewhere before retaining this milk-toast attorney. One other note, she is very emotional for an attorney. She lets personal issues affect her decision making ability.

Very good, agressive attorney. Listens to what you have to say and represents you well in court. Non emotional, fact driven attorney. I would recommend her.
