John was recommended to me by my realtor: at first however all my friens told me to NEVER use the attorney of the realtor, which may be good advice in general, but not in this case! I fired my lawyer, who totally bungled my case,in the 9th hour, and with John, I finally closed on my new home after 6 month. He negotiated with a very difficult seller and his very difficult old school attorney who almost lost the sale for me! John is a GOD. He really cares. He is available 24/7 and is well connected and is a great strategist. He really understands people, and how to make them give you what you need. He is tenatious and caring. In the end, after clocking hours and hours he charged me a modest fee. It seemed to me, he stuck with my case because of the very challenge. Well,who knows for sure, but he is a real human being and I highly recommend him.
