Knowledge - Knows law but does not know what questions to ask that are relevant. Also does not bring in top notch expert for testimony that can refute the opposing expert when that expert baffles the jury with tech. jargon that is false. Communication - OK if it does not matter if you do not receive a copy of the deposition to read before court so you can answer the same questions the same way. Tenacity - Not a fighter. Work Quality - Seems ok in the office but in the courtroom I could have done better and that is a fact! Value - Would not rate him other than poor as he did not use evidence he was told about that could put expert witness testimony in question. Does not listen well. Has preconceived ideas. Not educated enough to pull questions out of his head to ask when the opportunity is there to show the court people are lying or baffling with tech terms that are wrong. Did not object one time to anything the other lawyer said. He did not seem to pay attention to what was going on!
