Work comp law needs to be understood as a foreign language. Not only do you need an interpreter when speaking to somebody in a language you do not know but you are in dire need of an advocate which in the case of work comp law is a lawyer. There is no better lawyer than David Slocum. There is no gray area or lukewarmness with David there is no teeter totter or sitting on the fence. Dave's Yes means yes and his no means no with no ambiguity or confusion. So if you want to drive your own case go find an online lawyer that will let you drive off a cliff. But if you want a consummate professional with the greatest propensity to succeed and you want to follow instructions from your attorney, then do yourself your family your loved ones a favor and call David to represent you and work comp law.

If you want someone who cares about your case, aggressively pursues every possibility of getting the most for you, and communicates, you need to look for a different attorney. He he is arrogant and must have BIG CLIENTS he is more interested in helping. Even the judge questioned I had been adequately represented.

He did nothing for me at all. He didn't help my case either. He hasn't called me in months. I get a letter saying case is dismissed.

I've had David as my attorney in two cases. He has helped me in both. He's a good attorney that knows what he's doing.

He is arrogant & doesn't return your calls. If you are Black or Latino you will not be treated fairly. He works for Mark Kolich who is even worse than David. Your case will sit on their desk. They deal more with the defense lawyers that you. DO NOT USE THESE ATTORNEYS!

He and his staff helped me get work comp when the insurance company denied my claim.

Arrogant attorney who doesn't return calls or emails. He is late to appointments and makes you wait. I would not refer him to an enemy

David is very comftale to chat with. He realizes the value of his time andoes not wast it. He is direct. He gets right to the point and does not mince words. He is brutally honest. He is very good at repaing phone calls.
