We live in another state but had a child custody issue that needed to be addressed in Arizona. We spoke to numerous lawyers but decided to hire Aubrey and all I can say is that was one of the best decisions we could have made. I can't say enough wonderful things about Aubrey. The outcome of our case couldn't have been better and it is all thanks to her. The case was a very difficult case and caused alot of sleepless nights until we hired Aubrey. We felt she was more like a friend than a lawyer but her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. She kept us updated on all aspects of our case and was incredibly responsive to our multitude of questions and concerns. I would use her again if we need another lawyer in Arizona and highly recommend her.

When I first called Aubrey Srednicki I left a message on her voicemail. She called me back within 10 minutes! All the other attorneys I called did not call back or called 1-2 days later and acted if they were doing me a favor. I was on a very limited budget and Aubrey was able to quote me a reasonable price to meet with me for 1 hour, advise me on all my questions and draft the documents to start my case. She also gave me multiple price option if I needed help from there. I felt very comfortable with Aubrey. She was honest and seemed to care.

Hiring Miss Srednicki was a huge mistake for me. She is a good communicator, however when filing documents with the court she made a mistake and forgot which party she represented, she would not fix this mistake on her own, she demanded more money to right her wrong. She then made a agreement with opposing council, but she did not get them to sign the agreement, she let it slide for 2 months, then she demanded that I pay her more money to attempt to get the opposing party to sign the agreement. When she didnt get her money as fast as she would like it, she quit, leaving my whole child custody case in disarray. It is my belief that had I chose another attorney who actually provides the service they promise to, I would have a relationship with my newborn son.

Aubrey is compassionate, and personable, but this does not stop her from being aggressive with your case. Best attorney around. Would highly recommend.
