I can not rate his knowledge fairly. I only spoke to him personally twice. At the consultation and the hearing, for a total of about 60 minuets. I feel that he did not show any diligence whatsoever. He seemed complacent at the hearing. He was updated throughout with information and events that he said would be forwarded and applied to the case. I am left to investigate what information was sent to whom and how it was applied, because I was never updated. There was a decision on the review of the case, so I called his office as instructed. After three messages the paralegal did not even return the call. His receptionist even hung up on me once. Four weeks later I receive a dear John letter. I wasted a year and a half only to be left to my own. Ironically, halfway through I felt he wasn't doing enough and was thinking of going elsewhere, But I stuck with him, only to be stuck with it.
