i have had a case with williams/kherkher in houston texas for the past years my husand died with asbestisous and passed away in. because he didnt have mesothelioma, he couldnt find a lawyer to represent him with his case as soon as i found out(by way of v ads)that the lawyers were accepting cases with what he had. after 3 years these lawyers closed his case,after all the paperwork, setting up an estateand getting 12 affidavits signed and noterized for the companies responsible. the law firm closed his case and i still dont know why. the reason they said was limit of liability but they accepted the case , knowing up front thetime span.they only contacted a few of his drs.,but didnt contact the one that had the answers, like family dr., his surgeons and his lung dr or cardiovasculiar surgeons. he had 75% of his lung taken out in 1995 then it was down hill from there.I just think my children,my grandchildren and i were not completely represented. i think these lawyers fell short sue
