Nic was my lawyer for many charges I have yet to get a conviction in any trial since I changed lawyers to nick 7 years ago she has got many charges thrown out at preliminary and has never lost a trial for me. She's a tough and aggressive fighter in the courts who knows the law and how to fight it

Seemed to be a knowledgeable straight shooter but then pushy for $. Required a $5k retainer fee for a consult, no receipt that day (!) and didn't provide a retainer agreement for over 2 weeks (during which costs were raked up). The retainer agreement didn't contain the one item of importance to me and it required a hefty block fee even if the charges are dropped along the way. I got nothing from the process but a $4k bill for supposed review of my file. Her boss, Michael Moon, is the particularly unfavourable one. Not recommended while working under Michael Moon Professional Corp.
