This is the only review you need to read about Kas:
So incompetent they should have a picture of Kas next to the word "incompetent" in the dictionary.
Kas is a great lawyer if you enjoy losing in court. He looks the part and will play it off with a cocky chip on his shoulder when you first meet, but as he rolls up late to your trial in his "beater" car, nervously disheveled and asking you for your advice, you will realize that you have been KASSED
Kas struggles to put sentences together, stutters and stumbles, overlooks key evidence, and will fight against you more than for you.
His one claim to fame is some DUI case in which charges were dropped. I have every reason to doubt he had anything to do with that single success.
Kas wouldn't be fit to fight your parking ticket let alone a criminal case! I wouldn't even go to a garage sale he was working at.
You would be better off hiring a chimp to defend you.
Do your self a favor and find a real lawyer. Don't get Kassed.

Kas represented me in a civil case hearing in March 2018. I lost the case before the judge even sat down. Materials weren't filed properly, the factum was badly referenced, just a gong show. Bottom line: get a lawyer who will give you the facts, not someone who will make up arguments and charge you for it!

First of all i want to say thanks again Mr Kas for a job well done. Monday the 7th of October 2013, was one of my happiest day in Canada, getting a DUI charge dropped is not an easy task to deal with or any criminal charge, but you did it Kas, I'm immensely appreciative for this.Are you looking for a good Lawyer?
