If you want to lose a case then by all means take him in as your lawyer. he puts you into a situation where he pressures you to sign him to represent you, then proceeds to do the bare minimum honestly speaking he charges way to much for defence work you can do yourself. He might have had his 1 or 2 big cases he won but that doesn’t mean anything if you can’t win simple cases. The truth is hard to hear but he will not get the job done and his work reflects his personality he’s to full of himself and it’s nasty . Please do your research before you higher any lawyer because you are playing with your freedom, and honestly there’s no second chances when there is courts involved. Get someone to do the job right the first time because you do not want to regret any decision you made, also his contacts might be as useless as him. Sorry to slander your name buddy but this reflects you and the work you provide.

Scam artist. No transparency whatsoever and he charges insane amounts of cash. If he can't resolve your matter outside of court then you are out of luck because he is NOT a trial lawyer. He starts shaking at the thought of going to trial. Horrible reputation among other lawyers. Hire him at your own risk.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was in trouble with the law for dwi and fail to remain.MR Batasar made everything much more easier as many of us are not knowledble when it comes to the law and law terms and language used. I thought my life was over. Being a single father scared for my future and my daughter's future. He reassured me not to worry.he will do his best explaining everything to me letting me know what's being done and having me understand what's to come. I used Gary on two cases in last four years. I was charged with AssauLt cases 2 time in last 4 years. I was hopeless and was very much upset, dipressed and dissapointed from my life. I met with Gary and he went in depth of my cases and handled both the cases so professionally, that i couldn't imagine that i will go thru it. He solved my first case with probation and 2nd case with peace bond. He was so confident and solved my both cases with very intelligently. He always talk to his client in a very friendly manner and give very encouragement to the best of it. I like and love him very much. Gary is NOT a trial lawyer. He is a thief beyond thieves. This lawyer has a horrible reputation at the Brampton court room for one simple fact.. he robs all his clients when they need help the most. We all know lawyers have a reputation for charging insane fees.. but Gary Batasar takes it to another level. There are high end lawyers who laugh when you mention Batasars name because they all know hes terrified of trial. If he cant get things dropped in pre trial he will run when trial comes around. Hire DEEPAK and save your money. Gary also doesn't ever give you receipts so there is nothing to prove you paid and LIES to the judge and crown. He only faces certain judges because he knows when they will be working. Gary can get a lot dropped but DONT BOTHER to have him as a trial judge. ALWAYS HOLD ON TO YOUR RECIEPTS OR YOU WILL BE RAIL ROADED TO THE END. He also works with the cops and has a judge on payroll.. said it with his own mouth.

Had an amazing time talking to Mr Batasar. Although he was busy, he made me file like I was his top priority. I knew I was in good hands once I walked out of their door. He took care of my case and did so much better than I expected, for a great price.

I was looking at some serious chargers. Every lawyer I spoke to before Mr Batasar said I would be looking at a criminal record because they cannot do anything because of my chargers I had received. Mr batasar saved my life by getting these charges withdrawn within a fair amount of time.

I was falsely accused of a very serious crime, I was being held for a crime I didn't commit, I was recommended to Mr Batasar and THANK GOD I was, not only was i instantly released but he was able to prove that not only was the police report inconsistent, so was the evidence. I owe him my life, NOT GUILTY! All charges dropped.

I've used Gary on several occasions and have never been let down. My last charge was an assault and uttering death threats x2. I was looking at 120 to 160 days in jail. 6 weeks after my charge date my case was resolved. I plead to a simple assault and got 18 mths probation and 30 hrs of community service. The other charges were withdrawn. Gary is a man of his word. Remember people this is a business he runs pay him on time and he will take care of you. REAL TALK. GJ

Gary Batasar is by far the best criminal lawyer out there, he not only is knowledgeable but also has a human side to him unlike no other. I was charged with a serious assault case and the court was looking to put me in jail. After realizing that this was not a case I could handle myself, I called gary's office and I was able to schedule an appointment with me for that afternoon. He discussed a reasonable quote for my case and after handing the case over to him, he was able to get all of the charges withdrawn before my next court appearance! I didn't even have to go court to get that done. He works miracles and i've referred him to anyone I come across that needs a lawyer. Very professional and well respected within the courts and by other clients

Gary is by far one of the best lawyers i know, he is extremely knowledgeable and is very well connected. Above all and most importantly he has compassion for his clients and the up-most respect for everyone he comes in contact with..clients, staff other colleagues etc.. Not every client is going to be completely satisfied by the result of their matter but it is important to take into consideration to volume of clients gary deals with and to think of all the individuals who's lives he has changed. If you are charged in the GTA and you want results go to Gary Batasar. He will give you his HONEST opinion on your case, no ****! Which is what I appreciated from the first day I met him. He tells it how it is right from the beginning, without false promises like 80% of the lawyers in the GTA. He is also very accommodating. Hands down the best lawyer on this earth. Me and my friends have all used him for years no matter what the charge and he’s always got the best results for us. Last week he got all my charges withdrawn, and there were a lot of them. i was arrested on a weekend and he even showed up to my bail hearing on saturday. Not a good lawyer.he said to me first day I met him.you pay me and make me happy and I keep you out of jail..He also did not show up for me for a court date which caused a bench warrant to be issued on me.i then contacted him an his response was if you want me to look after this pay me 2500.00 dollars cash right away.batasar does not care about his clients he just wants his pockets filled...He just keeps postponing court dates prolonging the issues to keep collecting money...bad news...

This lawyer is exceptional! He cares about his clients and delivers on his promises. He gets everyone bail and gets the best results in court. He is especially well known and respected by the prosecutors and practises in Peel Region where he knows EVERYBODY! Which is very good as a lawyer to be connected! He may not be the cheapest but is worth every cent! I would recommend him in a heartbeat and I have done so already!

Gary was able to get all my charges withdrawn! I had a different lawyer before coming to gary. This other lawyer said my only options were to plea and go to jail for 30 days or have a trial. I know I wasn't guilty so I went to gary and he was able to speak to the crown and have them agree to withdraw all the charges. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone in peel with criminal charges. He was able to meet with me outside of normal business hours which helped because I work during the day and I don't live in brampton. It is evident that he is well respected amongst his peers

he is the most connected well prepared lawyers in the GTA, Mr. Batasar was successful in having all of my charges withdrawn. Don't listen to the jokers on this site this lawyer is the only deal in Peel. he is amazing just watch him work and you will go home happy. he costs a lot but worth every cent. Pls ppl if this is your lawyer of choice pls turn the next way. He is the worst lawyer i could recommend. I am so sorry the day i met him. He will not care about your well being or future. All he wants is YOUR MONEY!!! pls do your research on someone who will represent you properly. He has no connections he will scare you just into paying him money to pay for hes porche. I am pleading with you because i had to learn the hard way with this money guru. I wish i had someone to tell me pre hand...but when you have no experience you tend to make mistakes. My family member was convicted and sentenced based on poor representation by batassar. DONT LET THIS BE YOU!!! He is often late, and not prepared in court. When i asked him how he prepares for his case he told me he was experienced and can do this the day before the case. He put no effort or research into our case and i am so passionte that he will not be able to represent appropriately.
