I dealt with Richard back in 2021 and I would NOT recommend him to my worst enemy.After payment I had to follow up with him several times, each time he forgot who I was and what I was calling about which made me feel very uneasy but of course I already paid him his upfront $4500.00 charge.
Fast forward to the long awaited court date and a WEEK before my case I get a call from his minion saying that he was off on personal leave and that she did not know when he would be returning. My options were : wait until his return which was not known at the time or take some other guy who is a friend of his.
He took full advantage of me in my vulnerable situation. I would've been better off representing myself and saving my money and my future.
I would hope one that one day he will read this review and reflect but these people are of Satan and have no conscience whatsoever.
Shame on you Richard Allman.

This guy is brutal... there were 3 honest comments above regarding the same thing. He lies, knew nothing about me each time we spoke and his secretary did most of the work. He pushed off my case for months and days before my case I got a call saying he was on sick leave and unsure when he would return. He is a scum bag lawyer to a T

TERRIBLE! Dishonest DID NO WORK, LIED to me, overcharged. Dick is BAD LAWYER and in my opinion he is a bad person.
