After meeting Marc at a trade show I tried over 3 weeks to get an appointment. He seemed knowledgeable and personable when we met but his operation seems a shambles with unreturned calls and emails and unmet promises. Knowledge and value I rated as 3's as I paid nothing and that is what I got. I didn't see his work but I have to assume the operational inefficiencies in his office are indicative of the overall product provided by his operation. My opinion: very unprofessional business operation. Go elsewhere for a better experience.
