Timothy can not think quickly on his feet and as a result he is terrible at oral presenting in court. He is routinely a week or two behind in reading his email; this leads him to repeatedly miss important deadlines and have unnecessary delays. This also means that he never has the initiative and you will always be reacting to what the other side does and missing opportunities. He is incredibly hard to get a hold of and will not relay important information in a timely manner. His written documents are bare bones and occasionally completely wrong. He filed an objection for me incorrectly which caused the objection to not even be heard by the judge. Instead of offering to fix the problem somehow, he told me I would need to pay him about $2000 to appeal the decision. This lawyer is largely incompetent across the board. Go anywhere else!

This lawyer is the worst. He went on vacation and didn't care to notify us that he was leaving and for how long. We didn't hear from him for a long time, and he still charged for the emails that we sent him when trying to get ahold of him. He also never contacted us to follow up with the case, bad communication for sure. Not trust worthy, he would promise us things and never kept one promise. I want my money back!

He charged us $2000 and he did absolutely nothing for our case. He charged us $150 every time we talked to him on the phone or emailed but he did NOTHING for us. He's a thief!! He makes you not want to ever trust in any lawyers!

He was only good on paper but just babbled in front of the judge. Wasn't impressed. If you are looking for a great lawyer, he is NOT the one to call.
