Makes you go and get witnesses and declarations and does not follow up with witnesses. Rides the case up so close to trial being unprepared that you can not hire another attorney. Talks to opposing attorney and opposing clients after making you leave the room. Makes deals during breaks from deposition to have e referral relationship with opposing attorney.
