Do not use this lawyer, she is blinded by money, she will stall your case on the court day to the end of the day to make more money, she doesn't give a care about you, it seemed she sided with the other side asking them first what works for them on the upcoming holiday instead on her own clients need. Be wary of this lawyer.

I gave her a 4 on tenacity because even when she is lying she never backs down. One of the worst lawyers I have worked with in my divorce. Convinced my ex who was making over 90k a year that he could claim hardship and not support our children. What a joke. Of course she was not successful and it cost him big time. Money that could be supported our children. Shame on you Ms Kovacs.

janette has some knowledge about court, but doesn't have much knowledge about understanding the case. She made frequent inaccuracies with court documents and at times, said information in court that wasn't even true. At first she comes across as really smart and sympathetic, but it soon becomes obvious that she is very disorganized and unethical. She does stick in there with people but can't really seem to get much done.

This is one disorganized lawyer. Her speciality seems to be to create as much conflict as possible between couples (means more $$ for her) then drag the simpliest issues out with multiple appearances. She is known to tell men that they are a shoe in for "hardship". Worst advocate for women of abuse. Such a joke that she represnts Ishtar. this woman should be ashamed of herself the way she conducts herself both in and out of the courtroom. I have never met a more rude lawyer. She will pretend to forget documents or tell a judge she has already provided them when she has not. She lies under oath continually. I have seen her before a judge more than 6 times and I am shocked at how disorganized, scattered she is.
