My experience with Mr. Millstone as the OCL for my children was deeply unsatisfactory. His approach seemed to undermine the father-child relationship and didn't take into account the complexities of our situation. He appears to believe that young children can make significant decisions independently, which felt out of touch with reality. His tendency to oversimplify serious issues contributed to further complications rather than resolving them. Stay away.

Simple estate transfer from three to two due to a death. This lawyer took out one of the owners from the deed after being on it for 40 years. Had to go to a real lawyer to correct his mistake.

While presenting a "compassion" video on his web site, underneath this guy seems hard as nails and self-serving. Same drag-it-out tactics as many - I did not continue with him to end up like others here. Additionally, he spoke politely but terse-ley in an irritating passive-aggressive dystonic manner. His complaints he is discounting his fee are despicable considering he was offering no benefit with his work.

A patronizing man, completely in love with his - perceived - knowledge and his irritating voice that will drone on forever. Don't ask him a question before he deems it to be your turn or he will admonish you as though he's talking to a child or someone with a low IQ.

Patronising, disorganised and inneffectual. Did not pursue options available effectively. Acted in patronising manner when asked about progress.In the end he made more money in fees than gained in settlement. Settlement Agreement badly drafted and after this triggered returns to court, was actually commented on as such by sitting judge, who took the time to advise me that it should be redrafted(by my new lawyer) and returned to court for amendment. Sorry I trusted this person. Run, don't walk, away. I wish I had!
