I was very naive and didn't have a criminal al record when I was charged with a felony and hired McKenna. I trusted him and never knew that everything he told me was a lie. My bank accounts were seized but he never filed my information that proved my money was legitimate. I had no felony convictions but he let the D.A. state as a fact that I did and I lost my $50,000 car, never knowing there was a civil forfeiture case going on. He is now being sued, along with the D.A.'s office for conspiring to send a former prosecutor to prison for the rest of his life! He has no ethics, he and his pals have been corrupting the legal system in Contra Costa County for years and making a lot of money.
