Use anyone else but this one and you'll be that much better off. Slow, doesn't understand your case, always has excuses why she can't get to your case.." Emergency case she had to handle ", late to court or doesn't even show up. That should make the point here. Even if free ( or no cost) it would not be acceptable. Really everything s/b a "1" or less if it was available.
