This lawyer represented my ex-husband. She pulled Mary Sullivan and Theresa Burbank into our case. All of these people are unethical and corrupt. All business partners only out to take your money and lie to the courts. DO NOT EVERY GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will look you straight in the face and lie to you and to the court.

Humiliating , disrespectful , arrogant , interrogating , unfair , lies under oath , stands for what's wrong , bully , has been know to alter information in client cases , non appreciative , MONEY HUNGRY , . not a fair attorney by far . will do and change anything for anyone if the money is there to back her up .

This attorney helped my children and I greatly. She gave sound advice when emotionally I found it very difficult to make a decision. She is fair and a true advocate for children. I have referred her many times.

She is horrible. On a scale of 1 to 10 she is a negative 10. She showed up one time for a visit. She over charges and is completely u ethical.

Hired her to be the mediator in divorce. I thought legally she had to be impartial and fair. Very wrong assumption. As she said "nothing in the law states divorce is a 50/50 split". Ended up settling just to get it over with. To any men reading this DO NOT HIRE AS A MEDIATOR or LAWYER. She is very good at wasting time, stalling and telling you how the judge is going to see things her way. All which cost me money. And above all focused on how to take from the male and give to the female in my case. Glad I had a lawyer on my side that did his best to call bs on alot of her wants and desires.

DO NOT HIRE THIS attorney!!! She was the amicus in my child custody case. She suggested to a jury that primary custody should be given to their father. A man who was abused as a child and physically, emotionally, verbally and mentally abused me for over 10 years!! She does not return phone calls. She only visited my home once. She doesnt do her digging into getting the truth. The only email i recieved from her pertained to her getting her fee. I will say she is a fantastic actress!! she had me believing she was pulling for MOTHER and child...

You couldn't possible hire anyone more incompetent and unethical. She made a horrible decision to allow children to stay with a father who was making every attempt to flea the country due to 180 million dollar ponzi scheme he started. She was very well informed by the FBI and SEC, but choose to disregard them because he hadn't been to trail! It finally took the FBI raiding the fathers home (while the children were there) with full body armor and assault riffles for her to see that she royally screwed up, as did Judge Tracy Gilbert! She was appointed as a guardian by Judge Gilbert, but in no way did she do her job! She appeared twice in court at a whopping $300 PER HOUR!! After he was found guilty and received 63 yrs in federal prison she had the audacity to bill me over $8,000.00! She refused to return phone calls or even meet! It's apprearently a scheme Gilbert and Marburger have going and it needs to end. My next step is filing with the Texas Attorney General, and further if need be.

I paid this lawyer to represent me for a child support modification. It was a complete waste of my money. She in effect stole my money. She didn't even show up for my mediation and I ended up getting bullied by the other side.
